It runs on your PC, not ours. A separate cloud product is planned

The upload box wants 50 to 300 KB

Too big to upload.
Too small to accept.

A portal asking for 50–300 KB rejects a 38 KB file as firmly as a 3 MB one. Compress to a band, not a ceiling. Then make the scan searchable, compare two revisions, or export the pages.

THE OUTCOME

A file inside the band, or a refusal that says so instead of a quiet compromise.

From start to saved

Three steps, and the file
is ready to send.

01

Pick the job

Compress, OCR, compare, convert, or run one of them across a folder of files.

02

Set the target

Choose a size band from the list. Each preset names the authority and document it came from, and flags the ones we could not verify against an official notice.

03

Read what it says

Ask for a size a scan cannot reach and it refuses and says so, rather than handing back unreadable mush.

47 languages in the package

Print, turned
into text.

The language data installs with the application, so OCR runs with the network off. Printed text only — handwriting is not recognised, and a poor scan gives poor text.

A good fit for

Portal attachments with a stated band, printed scans in forty-seven languages, page images, and the same job over a folder.

Something to know

A PDF that is mostly text has little left to re-encode, and it says so rather than promising a reduction. OCR reads print, not handwriting. Word export keeps the words and loses the layout.
