The date in the proposal is wrong and the person who made the file has gone home. Double-click the words on the page, type the correction, press Enter. Nothing reaches disk until you save.

This is not a page designer. Re-wrapped text can run long and overlap what sits below it, so look before you save. XFA forms are unsupported.
